Exchange is only accepted if:
There is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged, or defective product).
Conditions for exchange:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Failure to contact us in time to arrange reverse pick-up may lead to rejection of the exchange request.
Reverse pick-up may not be available in some pin codes.

Processing and closing of an exchange request may take 10–15 business days or more at our end.
Dispatch companies provide only an estimated delivery timeframe.
Any delay in transit is subject to the courier partner’s policies.
No refunds will be issued due to delays caused during the transit process. Customers may escalate delivery complaints through the shipping partner’s official channel.
Refunds are processed as store credits only.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, an official confirmation email will be shared.
The credited amount can be used within 1 year from the date of issue.
